"Caring staff and clear communication."

About: The Whittington Hospital / General surgery

I had a hernia repaired and all staff I spoke to ( reception, nurses, anaesthesist and surgeon) were clear about what I could expect. They were all friendly and I felt well taken care off by professional staff. Especially a nurse was very kind and made me feel at ease. I am very grateful how it went.
