I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of the medical team involved with my recent surgery Sat 3rd August this is the first time I have major surgery at the age of 71 years which was quite unsettling for me however the day of my surgery I was personally spoken to by your surgeon who reassured me that everything would be fine & would see me after surgery & your anaesthetist who also reassured me that everything would be fine, I was collected by a nurse who took me up to your theatre where I was prepared for surgery by nurse's. when I come round I was in your recovery ward & was cared for by an extremely nice & caring nurse who looked after me until I was taken to my room , during my 6 days whilst I was in your care I could not of wished for better service from all your Medical Staff, Surgeon, Nurses, Doctor's, Physio dept to the Kitchen Staff & your Cleaners everyone was so polite & were on first name terms, nothing was to much trouble even when I was walking round the wards with my two walking sticks everyone would ask if I was ok, please extend my gratitude & sincere thanks to all of your staff.
