I heard about the service through attending a jobs fair and had a chat to the Workingwin staff who made me a referral.
I have struggled to find work due to my health conditions and haven't been able to find any area that supported me directly with work and my health other than my GP.
I worked with my coach who listened to me and supported me with any enquiries I had, we looked into seeking employment in the security and also volunteering so I could get a feel for how I would cope in a working pattern or routine which I enjoyed the work and the social side of it.
We have also worked together into looking into self employment avenues pursuing my personal interests and hobbies trying to tie them into my work.
I am not really happy about the service finishing as my 9 months came to it's conclusion , and I wish it could have lasted at least another 6 months, However the support I have received in this 9 months has been great and really has boosted my confidence in my ability to look for work and not to give up, to keep trying and look for other aspects or avenues of work. I'm more aware now of what I can do instead of focusing on what I cant.
