"Sent home without a diagnosis"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

(as the patient),

My GP surgery sent me to A&E with a foot injury I was examined by two nurses.

The 1st nurse said I had Broken something & to wait for a porter to pick me up in the waiting room.

The 2nd nurse called me in to the treatment room & sat looking at my foot. This nurse seemed to know might be wrong without any clinical examination or xray 

I was sent home without a diagnosis & told to go back to my GP for another referral to xray scan or physio?
