"Was left waiting 5 hours without being seen at all"

I was bought into A&E by an Ambulance after being attacked in a park, I had my lip slashed part of it missing and needs stitches, its still bleeding I also have cuts on my arm from where I was attacked. I waited 5 hours in A&E the woman at reception was very rude to me, all I asked was how many people were in front of me. The A&E department is also very dirty with rubbish on the floors, tissues with blood on them and also blood over the wall. Its disgusting and is a health hazard. I asked to make a complaint in a polite manner but I was refused a complaints form from the woman at reception. I will be making a complaint. I'm still in need of stitches... A&E has failed me treatment and I will have to sew my lip up myself.
