"Uncaring attitude"

Went to great oaks for a talk with a lady and she was the most uncaring person I have ever spoke to. When I started crying she accused me of getting angry!!! And then went on to say if I carried on the way I am my partner will leave me. I left feeling worse than when I went in. I went home and self harmed because of it. My partner wrote a letter of complaint but nothing happened, no letter back, phone call, nothing. Then I got a phone call some time later saying my case worker was retiring. They never assigned anyone else to me and now I am left in limbo.
