St Helens Home Treatment team have been a lifeline. They have put in the right amount of support at the right time, and the individual's wishes are at the centre of everything. That sounds like a cliché, but they really do put it into practice. Genuinely amazing people who are the kind who make a real difference, and manage to turn a frightening and negative situation of a mental health crisis into one where you feel supported and able to find your way along this difficult road because they're there every step of the way. To all on this team, you will never know what a huge difference you've made, some very genuine and supportive people have put in a lot of time and patience to help me through a dark and confusing time.
