About: Croydon University Hospital / Clinical haematology

I am complaining about the filthy disgusting state of the toilets in the orange section of the hospital. I needed to do a sample but hastily made a retreat to the toilets downstairs. The toilet was full of toilet paper and stools which made me feel sick and the toilet brush was covered with dirty toilet paper. Disgusting filthy hospital which is supposed to be cleaned thoroughly.

I am so sorry that you found the toilets you visited were below the standard that we expect.

Your comments have been passed onto the G4S Domestic Manager who has implemented a number of extra measures to ensure that all our public toilets receive extra cleans which are recorded on a signing sheets. There is also extra supervision of all toilet areas.
