Firstly the reception staff are rude there’s no excuse for how I am spoken to every time I try to speak to the staff. Secondly the doctors and nurses that work here are so disinterested in any issue you have! I have only received help once by a locum doctor. I cry every time I attend this practice and the staff do not care! And nothing is ever their problem ! I have been left in the waiting room while staff got read to go home forgetting it was there. I have been called a liar by reception staff because they misplaced results and told I never had any tests done in that surgery. Finally I went today and seen a nurse as I have been very unwell and in hospital over the weekend. She was reluctant to send me for a refferal even after informing her the emergency consultant had wrote to them asking for it. After me crying she finally ok’d one but not a quick one needed and wasn’t interested in me and didn’t care how long the wait was. I then waited in reception to complain as the nurse was on her way out of the building. The lady on reception put her hand up to me as again I was trying to explain calmly the situation and just arid your forms will be ready in 24 hours bye.
