You have a good clinical team, a wonderful lead consultant and a great healthcare experience on offer. My wife had both her eyes operated and she is recovering well. One has to wait for the service, the issue is supply and demand in basic economic terms. The demand is so much greater than the clinical staff available and the underlying cause of the long wait. Therefore do not get mad with the nhs or the staff.Long live the the NHS
