About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

I have Crohn’s disease so have to have regular blood tests, I have always been absolutely happy with the service from Purley, but tonight I arrived after a days work in a happy disposition and got greeted by someone that literally looked me up and down like I was an inconvenience, barked orders at me, form, arm out etc, no manners, didn’t want to say anything pre blood test, realise end of day etc but such awful manners. Left saying thank you, but really wanted to say something!

Fabulous experience most times, but this experience was just rude and down to an individual who clearly doesn’t like their job!

I am sorry that on this occasion you did not have a good experience when you had your blood test at Purley - this is not the experience that we wish our patients to receive.

I have passed your comments onto the manager of this area who will address the issue.
