"Continued support and kindness"

About: Charing Cross Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I received preventative chemotherapy treatment at Charing Cross following ovarian cancer (for which I was treated for and operated on when I lived in New York).   The follow up treatment led by Professor Seckl and his team when I returned to the UK was superb.   All of the staff are very kind and friendly and go out of their way to help you get through it.   I am 6 years into remission and I still receive a great service at my regular check ups.   I feel very grateful for their continued support and kindness.   I am a natural worrier so it was great that they all went the extra mile to explain and provide calm clear information that helped me to understand and cope with the situation.
