The telephone answering system at this surgery is an absolute disgrace after calling this morning at 8.05 I was 27th in queue, at 9.45 my call was finally answered. Do you really think this is acceptable? The Manager at this surgery obviously finds this job a challenge as anyone with sense would have a separate line for appointments.
