Receptionist was surly and suggested that i should have called to check if my back injury could be assessed. As it js a walkin centre i didnt realise calling ahead would be a necessity. Always found this nurse led clinic to be amazing in the past. Shame front desk staff arent as engaging. All in ALL
No help whatsover. Maybe when the waut times are being listes in apps more clarity is needed reagrding what is/isnt assessed .
May i also suggest engagement ttaining for reception staff
