I have been attending clinic P since 2009. From the minute you walk through the door into the reception area you are met by Agnes and Isobel the clinic clerkesses. No matter how busy the clinic is they always greet you with a smile and ask how you are, a few times when i took unwell i was well looked after and when an ambulance was needed to transfer me to the Southern it was done very prompt and my husband and i were well looked after till it arrived.

whenever I attend the clinic which was every week for months then every three months for rituximab. now i attend every 3 weeks for my immune system. the staff are very efficient, friendly and always explain what I am getting done that visit. I have no worries when I have to go as I know I will be well looked after doctors,nurses,auxiliaries, clerkess's and Carol the specialist nurse always on hand to give advice if needed. Even the tea and coffee tastes good
