"efficient and professional staff"

A couple Fridays ago I was walking out of a restaurant, completely forgetting there was a step! I went flying and landed on my ankle. I didn't think anything off it and continued my night, little did I know I was going to wake up in absolute agony at 3am! My partner took me to St Heliers A& E to be told it would be a 8 hour wait to see the doctor, they was nice and professional but I couldn't wait 8hours with being in this much pain! So we ended up coming to mayday! I must admit how efficient, and professional all staff was here! From seeing the doctor to having a x-ray to finding out what was wrong. The moment I got in, they saw I couldn't walk on my ankle so they gave me crutches. I can't fault it. Everyone is so quick to moan but the NHS but the  staff are doing the best they can! they ain't robots. Everyone is so quick to point out the negatives but yet fail to talk about the positives. Praises go along way!
