Having been referred to Tameside Hospital Urology department by my GP, I have been treated quickly, professionally and compassionately by my consultant and all his colleagues. I have been taken through the process of biopsy, scans and allocation of appropriate medicines in an impressively short period of time. Whatever comes next in the process of dealing with my likely prostate cancer treatment, I am encouraged by the support and treatment I have received to date. I am so grateful for the care shown by Mr Collins and his team and wish to thank them for their time and efforts on my behalf.

Thanks for taking the time to post these comments, your positive feedback is really appreciated. I am aware that this must be a very concerning time for you and it is pleasing to note that you have been treated compassionately by the Staff involved in your care.

The Urology Services provided at the Trust are a shared service with Stepping Hill Hospital and therefore your comments have been shared with the Directorate Manager responsible for this service for her to convey to Mr Collins directly and the Team in clinic here.
