I normally give very positive reviews of this practice, especially as I have been coming here and only encountering minor mishaps however in the past 2 days I have tried to call your practice 23 times to change an appointment (this will be more by the end of today, because I am going to have to keep trying). I am calling between 12:30 and 17:00 but either the call won't connect or goes unanswered. This will obviously mean any treatment/referral will also be set back by a further few days until I can actually make contact with you. So frustrating.
