Hi Tiana

Thanks so much for your kind words regarding your Uncle's care whilst he was a patient in our ITU. It is such a privilege to do the job we love, and to see the progress a patient with life threatening injuries can make. This progress is not possible without the help of our team of staff, and most of all the patient, and their family and friends support network also.

I hope your Uncle is continuing to progress, and when he is feeling, he is welcome back to visit us, as we would love to see how he is doing! I will pass on your post to all the staff.

Thanks again!

Heather Riddoch
