(as the patient),

I was taken to A&E after a run of palpitations and dizziness, all nurses and doctors within A&E were lovely, friendly and professional. I would like to thank Hayley and Claire my A&E nurses.

The A&E doctor wished to admit me for further observations overnight, I was transferred to CAU. Again all staff were very friendly and caring my initial nurse Sara was very friendly .

I saw a Dr at 6 am and then Dr Beckett nearer 9 am both of whom were compassionate and took time to listen, together we decided the best plan for me going forward and I left a few hours later feeling happy that we had an explanation for my symptoms and a treatment plan .

All staff I encountered within FVRH from the domestics and nurses and doctors were very friendly and caring .
