"Absolutely dreadful, condescending staff"

Staff are condensing and rude. Receptionist are particularly unhelpful treating every request however small or routine as an especially difficult chore. Relative with alcoholic problems treated like a waste of time and looked down on. Dealing with relatives with terminal illness, was particularly painful. Requires overhaul of courtesy and sympathetic care. Have moved surgeries and even their receptionists have commented on how dreadful the receptionists and availability of services. More than disappointing.
