I have been having issues with my new wheelchair. As I have said before the engineer, Alan, is superb and did his usual excellent job and I cannot rate him highly enough. This time, however, I wish to highlight Tracy, the wheelchair nurse who had to put up with my moans and whinges etc. a d who works away every day behind the scenes working to try and get clients what they require and give the best advice possible.
She showed real patience and I went away from my fitting fairly, although not entirely, happy. Since my fitting Tracy has obviously been working hard, again behind the scenes, and now I have what I asked for and am so delighted.
I have not used the new chair in its new configuration yet so cannot comment on whether it will ultimately be suitable for me, but you cannot but admire the fact that Tracy has gone the extra mile on my behalf and God bless her for doing so.
