"Not good value for money"

About: Manor Hospital / Ophthalmology

The timing of appointments for my cateract operation ( all in the evening), it was obvious that the Doctor was doing NHS work first. Having paid good money it felt like I was treated very haphazardly. The communication between Doctor, secretary and patient was just about non existent I had to keep ringing to find out what was going on. As appointments were in the evening I felt the Doctor did not show the care expected. I would not recommend this hospital or Doctor for private work as they are not worthy of peoples (especially the elderly) hard earned money. This hospital was recommended by my GP so I will be informing him of the the unacceptable way my treatment was undertaken.
