"Absolutely discusting"

This place is absolutely discusting, people visit here due to being mentally unwell , the receptionists are lovely , but the 'professionals' are rude and totally not understanding, I had the doctor actually shout at me after promising to start new medication after 2 weeks of ringing and asking the doctor to let me know what was actually going on with my medication to be told that it wasn't happening after all ......I've been completely left onto own with no support from this place whatsoever ...very disappointed ad wouldn't recommend anyone seeking help from here :(

We have advised the management team at Lyndon of your comments, Unfortunately, the team are unable to offer any immediate solutions however are willing to look into the concerns you raise if you would like to make contact.

We do also have a PALs service that can be reached on 0800 953 0045 Mon-Fri 8am-8pm who can take some more details from you to forward to the service managers who can fully look at your specific concerns.
