(as the patient),

In January 2012, I was admitted to Ward 5 to have my colon removed.

The care and attention I received from all the staff, from doctor to cleaner, was exceptional and made a huge difference to my attitude towards the operation. I can't remember any names but you will know who was on duty at that time. Particular mention should be made of the young cleaner who was very thorough but also was full of cheer. She started my day full of sunshine.
