"Dealing with depression"

I have struggled with depression for years. Probably longer than I'd like to admit to myself. 

Those who struggle know the signs. You go quiet, you shut yourself off from everyone close to you, and everything around you. The door slams shut.

So as I have done many times, I went to Doctor's again, got prescribed on Citalopram again, only this time, the Doctor said to me "have you heard of Silvercloud?"

With the system being new, I said "no," but I was willing to find out. 

This isn't a plug from an outside source or someone close to SC. I used it, it's work and the CBT procedures work. Trust me. If you're asked to try it, there is no harm in doing so. Apart from my partner and two children, Silvercloud has been the most positive influence to my state of mind in the last ten years.
