"The worst place to ever have belong to"

About: Kingston Medical Group

I am diabetic and today again found there was no insulin sent by the chemist who delivers weekly and this 1 time a month.

It did not come I phoned the chemist and was told the doctors have not done a perscription this month for it. I called the docors at 1.30 PM and got a message they are closed and no other info exept call 111 or 999 so now I will not be able to get my meication for my diabites until they reoopen Monday so will not have anything all weekend now this is why I stateed the care is the worst in the world they do not careleess for my life I feel all didabetis are to them is a inconvience.

Thank you so much for your feedback. The practice was made aware that there was a closed notice on the telephones this afternoon and contacted the provider to have this removed. We do apologise profusely if this has caused any confusion; the surgery is open for contact until 6.30pm so please do get in touch if you need to. As this is an anonymous comment, we can't check whether you order your prescription through the electronic prescribing service or not, but if you do the chemist should order your medication on your behalf. As it's bank holiday on Monday, the surgery will be closed but you can contact The Quays surgery at the Wilberforce Centre, Story Street on 01482 335335, who will be open Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Monday 8am to 1pm if necessary.
