"Very bad service"

Very disorganised staff, I’ve been seen at least by 4 different Midwife’s since i am pregnant and all they say is “ sorry about that” but every time i have an appointment and im expecting to see one person I see another one and don’t even know why, they just apologise, I don’t feel comfortable at all speaking with different people all the time, I would like to have always the same person taking care of my pregnancy. So for this reasons I don’t really recommend this place to anyone , also once I called because I wasn’t feeling ok and they told me to go to the nearest hospital, I’ve done that and they told me that they can’t see me because I’m not registered with them, I should go to the hospital where I have my appointments. ANOTHER WRONG INFORMATION. We know that we are just “ one more” to them but at least have some respect for each patient.
