The mental health practitioner here is excellent and ensures that they have adequate time for their patients. They are approachable and very friendly. They mainly provide a triage service, but they do this by careful considerations of the issues at hand. The mental health practitioner at this practice is a credit to the practice and the profession as a whole. I would highly recommend seeing them - just ask at reception desk. They are quite heavily booked as you could imagine, but it is worth the wait. Thank you for being great at your job and thank you for the time you provided with the human touch.
