About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Endoscopy and day care

(as the patient),

I went into Forth Valley Royal hospital today for an endoscopy.  From the nurse that greeted me on arrival to the doctor who did the endoscopy and nurses, staff were excellent. They were very pleasant and made me feel at ease.  

I was also an inpatient in June:  I could not have had any better care. From doctors to nurses to Physiotherapists, to cleaning/ meal ladies they were all excellent. They went above and beyond to help me during my stay.

Thank you for taking time to give us feedback on your recent visit to our Endoscopy Unit, and also your previous hospital admission. It is always good to hear that our patients have had a positive experience whilst in our care. I will ensure this is shared with the staff in the Endoscopy Unit.

Attending for an endoscopy procedure can be an anxious time for people. It is reassuring that you felt you were treated well by staff during your time in the department. Your kind words are appreciated.
