"Blood testing system a farce"

Went to get a blood test recently at this surgery, as usual and rightly so you have to take a ticket and await your turn, no problem, but ignorant people push infront and the system needs looking out. No tickets are available before 8.45am even though the building opens at 8am. So you have to rely on the good grace of people to await their turn, not so at this surgery. Doesn’t anyone realise that if you visit a surgery, particularly for a blood test, then if the ticket system isn’t up and running, have someone on the reception to dish out a number, after all there is enough administration staff who work there, no wonder the NHS is in such chaos .
