"a TWO hour wait for a 10 min appointment"

About: King's Mill Hospital / General surgery

Clinic 7 - A 2 hour wait for a 15 min appointment this afternoon. My 90 year old mother in law who was anxious already was ready to give up.. I will definitely struggle to get her to come back for her follow up scan. Which we will have to wait another 2 weeks for. The staff did their best to keep us informed but it was ridiculously over booked.
