Thank you so much for the care I got last night when I had severe chest pain . The ambulance crew Charlotte and Luke were fabulous, so professional but kind and listened to me and made sure I was treated in the best possible manner . The

A/E staff were so attentive , the A/E doctor which I can’t remember her name was lovely and kept me well informed and superb at cannulation as was her nursing colleague. SN and her colleagues on AAU made me feel cared for and safe despite being incredibly busy . Thank you to the lovely medical doctor who discharged me and listened to what I’ve been suffering over the past 18 months, I am a paediatric sister at the L&D and what I witnessed towards me and other patients was the utmost kindness despite the business of the night .
