"Terrible GP. A disservice to Marks Gate"

Marks Gate needs better services than this. Abominably bad customer service from the front desk. Little to no understanding that people calling here have genuine issues and need real help. Don't let these people take money from the NHS on your behalf. I am currently being denied NHS services because of a clerical error the clinic has made, all the while I am being told that I am a liar and that they have deactivated me because I went to another practice. The only time I have been somewhere else is the local hospital for a blood test that they ordered! Thoroughly appalled. I will go elsewhere now.
