"First class treatment."

I had a head injury and lots of minor cuts and abrasions. Although there was along waiting time because it was a head trauma l was seen quickly to assess the injury, but l was advised to go to Derriford. My minor wounds were dressed/ treated and l was given a letter to take to Derriford. At all times the staff were respectful and caring, and they went about their business with a smile.
