"Excellent care at the Colposcopy Clinic"

I had an urgent appointment this morning at the colposcopy clinic after a smear test had discovered abnormal cells. First impressions of the hospital I thought was very clean and signposted well. The receptionists at the colposcopy clinic were welcoming, friendly and ensured they held all the correct contact details for me. The nurse called me through, all 3 members of staff were so warm yet professional. They kept me well informed throughout the procedure, one nurse held my hand throughout as it was a displeasant experience however I felt well supported by the team. I do hope they receive enough credit for the amount of hard work they do.
