Having been an outpatient for some 8 years, I cannot fault the hard word and efforts of the teams I have been under.

Having a rare disease, I have encountered many problems in my search for symptom relief, the Neurology and Metabolic clinics have gone above and beyond in their efforts to help.

Thank you so much for taking the time to highlight your concerns regards contacting our Dermatology service, which we were disappointed to hear presented you with such difficulties and can understand your frustrations.

We assume you have now resolved this issue, however if you still require assistance, can we ask you to urgently contact our PALS team, they can be contacted on 0161 206 2003 or via email to pals@srft.nhs.uk between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30, Monday to Friday, in order for them to intervene and connect you with the correct team.

In the meantime, your comment has been sent to senior leads within the Dermatology Service in order for them have sight of this issue and take the necessary action.

Please do not hesitate to contact PALS should you encounter this same problem in the future.
