"Unreliable they do not follow up problems"

Once again my GP is off sick , I was following up with my GP but was unable to see my normal doctor , had an absolutely awful time trying to make an appointment had to see a paramedic first that was a total waste of time then the paramedic finally gave me access to see a doctor This was regarding a follow-up I had with a surgeon in Salisbury, the surgeon had been in contact with my GP I received a copy as well, the letter , it was addressed to east shore partnership , the letter was addressed to Dr Totally unknown to this practice ,???? They also had a copy of on my notes , obviously when I saw the copy of the letter I questioned who was Unknown doctor, as this was not my normal GP , who also wanted to know the outcome , When I asked who this doctor was & asked why it had not been flagged up , as this the doctor had never worked at this gp service ,I was told , by reception , I questioned it only to be told by the gp at east shore partnership, it did not matter , in his words what dose it matter !!! , how rude of him ! This letter was addressed to the correct address but not the Correct doctor , And in fact this doctor has never worked there, I was completely taken aback by this doctors attitude to me, for asking who was this doctor. Also the doctor should have Been in contact with a neurological Movement specialist , but when chasing up this appointment, we found that no letter had been sent , so we went back to the doctors, and the doctor at the time agreed that no letter had been sent, so they are not fulfilling patients needs, even when they say they have No such undertaking was ever done , When I question the doctor, the doctor said to me it happens all the time as if it was nothing absolute disgraceful, a disgraceful attitude from the doctor, and certainly no trust for any patients , I would not recommend this practice , As they do not follow up with their requests, and this could be very dangerous to some patients do not go there
