"Consultant, professional and caring"

My appointment as a new patient in Rheumatology was on time.

The consultant/Doctor was very through, asked me lots of questions, throughly examined me and referred me immediately for x rays and blood tests.

She said she don’t want to label me/the illness until she had all the relevant information to hand. She would then see me and we would decide on a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. It’s a shame that there is such a long waiting list for the service but I feel there is hope now whatever the results of the tests show. Thank you
