"Ridiculously poor"

Came here today to get my knee checked, waited an hour for the most patronising nurse ive ever met. Was huffing and puffing when I was trying to explain what was wrong, and seemed to lecture me because I wasn't wearing shorts. She barely even attempted to check what was wrong, and when my name showed up on the screen to tell me what room to go to,she told me I was too quick? Can't believe how poor it was, very angry. Never using the Lakeside again, not the first time this has happened either.
