"Conflicting Information"

I have been in touch with this practice several time lately via telephone, for the results of an MRI scan that I have had recently but was told that they hadn't had the results. Last Tueday I phoned again and the receptionist again couldn't find the results but she did ring me back later and told me that they were in but that the doctor hadn't seen them and that they should be ready by Thursday. I phoned on Friday to be told that they hadn't received them. I received a text message on Sunday telling me to book an appointment with a doctor which I did online for the 21st which is today. I went to the doctor's surgery this morning to be told first of all that the appointment was for next Tuesday and that the MRI results hadn't come in. I even phoned the hospital for the resullts but was told that the doctor but have to ring the hospital for the the result. Fat chance. I'm totally disgusted, I can't get through on the phone it just rings forever.
