"Extremely Thorough Service"

I moved to CHS when the practice I had attended for over thirty years were not meeting basic expectation. I met with the doctor who immediately put me at ease and listened to my medical history. Over the next years we worked on my problems until I was medication free. Unfortunately I experienced a set back and required a referral which was made instantly. I experienced difficulties with contacting my consultant but my GP assisted writing letters to the hospital, updating my files, and when I felt I needed a second opinion discussed my concerns and sent me for further investigation. I felt so reassured and my frustrations respected. I have now moved from the area after several years with the practice and thank them for helping me through what was a challenging time for me.
