"Worst doctors ever"

My first and last time using this doctors. I moved over to them a couple of months ago yet the doctor I seen had no information. She ignored me all the way through the appointment when I was trying to talk to her, I even explained I have a learning disability but she still ignored me. I even had to phone my old doctors myself to find out where my files were as she couldn’t be bothered. When I was trying to explain stuff she the doctor kept looking at the computer without acknowledging me. The only reaction I got was when I told her I was putting a complaint in, then she tried to tell me she was helpful to me. Receptionist aren’t helpful either. They speak to you like you are stupid and can’t be bothered. I put my complain form in but I knew nothing would come of it. I’ve been put off going doctors now
