"Repeat prescriptions"

About: Brunswick Park Medical Centre

I am at a loss to know why when I call to pick up a prescription , item/items are left off the list ..This is the third time this year that this has occurred . I am now about to make my third visit in two weeks to obtain eye drops prescribed by Moorfields. On my first attempt I was told I had left it off the list .I hadn't , on my second attempt that it was not due ,it was this being verified by the counterfoil .This situation

I am told will be rectified by tomorow, I live in hopes.

Dear patient,

We are sorry to hear you have had difficulty with your prescription. There are many reasons why prescriptions might not be filled. We are not always in a position to fulfill all requests. If the medication is not due, if it is a controlled drug or if a medication review is due these can create delays. You should be able to get details from reception when you collect them. If you contact us directly we can investigate further.
