"Complaining is ineffective"

My family has encountered problems on every visit to the JR.

I feel that many staff do not communicate, so you end up saying the same thing time and time again and still no one listens.

I made a complaint to PALs and still nothing was done. Major breaches in confidentiality have occurred e.g a report regarding my father's health included information about me that he did not know.

We have given up all hope of getting any treatment for my father but now my sister is being subjected to a similar experience.

I am concerned that complaining just gets you a note on your file saying "staff beware family reports to pals".
