About: Pontefract General Infirmary

Disgraceful waiting over 3 hours to see a 2 year old child who is crying in agony! Saying he's next patient when we're only people in the waiting room. Disgusting attitude from nurses and doctors. And absolutely no help at all as they say go see the GP. Why make us wait so long just to be fobbed off once again!

I am really sorry to read of frustrations and it is clear that your experience has not been as positive as we would have wanted.

It is disappointing to read that you receive poor attitude from staff also.
