Web site - very poor - information hard to find and not enough.
Parking - directions to the disabled drop off point - poor.
Drop off point- dark, cramped and crowded. Needed extra helper to take patient to x ray while I parked car.
Walked from multi storey to main entrance then could not find x ray without asking three people. No signs indicating x ray dept. anywhere.
No signal for mobile phone to find patient and carer.
Appoint at 2pm, left x ray at 4pm.
