"Ignored by this practice"

Staff is extremly rude and without any human compassion, I was feeling very sick, bleeding and in pain after 1 month and a half waiting to be sent to a gynechologist. I told the receptionist that I am bleeding and I need to be sent urgently to a gynaecologist. She said that I can discuss this with the GP next week, she cannot see me earlier or send me sooner to a specialist. I was bleeding and I was in pain, it was urgent!!! All this time she was very rude, even though I was in pain, horrible service. I will go to a private practice on my own money, but I will make a complaint against this practice. It is my right to be sent within 2 weeks with an urgent referral if my simptoms might signal an emergency.
