"Speechless"

I have been attending here for 11 years and I have ALWAYS tried to support the staff there as in the past they have supported me. I am the only person that ever left good reviews even though I have a problem with new medication taking effect immediately and giving immediate results but then bottoming out and leaving me with Restless Leg Syndrome. Which in itself is a major problem? I truly believe my brain has a problem with Seratonin. But nobody listens. This combined with Locum Care Coordinators that write lies about you when you have reason to complain about them. Or can't be bothered to do a risk assessment when you have reported self-harm or violent behaviour or feel suicidal I have my 27 years of documented mental health problems revoked and live a normal life again.uicidal. Then they write that there is absolutely wrong with you. YIPEE Through drugs I have been given recklessly I have Type 2 Diabetes and possible liver damage from a drug that the FDA is trying to ban right now. And categorically states it worsens depression. My mental health is a mess. No management will ever answer an email or a telephone call. It has turned into the most horrendous place for any person with Mental Health problems to go to. I can only hope the new Chief Executive can turn this place around. And please can I have ECT I want my years back.
