After consulting a pharmacist on the symptoms I had I contacted the surgery and within a few hours had had a telephone call from a GP and a prescription to treat infection. All aspects of the telephone consultation were thorough and as a patient I felt listened to. When collecting my prescription the staff at reception were very helpful and the pharmacy processed it quickly. I have always received excellent care from this Practice.
